Nothing

Room had moldy walls from water damage, bed sheets had holes and were dirty, halls was filled with garbage, staff spoke neither English or the local language (Korean) only Chinese insisted on cash instead of card payment.

The MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!!

This is the most terrible hotel ever. The staff don't know any English at all. The room smell so terrible, I couldn't breath at all so I had to take my shirt and cover my nose for the entire night. The room was very dirty, The blanket we're super dirty, also had a red mark on it. I will never come back to this terrible hotel ever again. NEVER!

Really terrible and not at all worth the money I paid.

There was mold all over the wall. The whole room smelt of mold we couldn’t even spend the night in there. The floor was soaking wet you needed shower shoes for the bedroom. There was no receptionist we waited 30minutes to check in. Quite possibly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Philstay Myeongdong Central Hotel in Seoul should not be in booking.com property list.

I and my friend with family stayed in Philstay Myeongdong Central Hotel during December 25-30, 2017. Hotel reception lady could not speak in English therefore we spoke to her in Korean. I and my friend booked two different rooms separately. For each room we provided two different card details for hotel payments. When we wanted to make payments a hotel reception said that we will withdraw money from your cards. When we asked to give receipt on payment they told that we don't know about payments because booking.com proceed payments and did not give payment receipt It was the worst experience for us. If we were on business trip what will be happened with us and how we can proof we stayed and paid for hotel without financial documents. Although we were aware that booking.com does not proceed payments. Therefore we returned without any receipt on hotel payment. When we returned from Seoul we realized that 430,500 KRW was withdrawn from my American express card as payment for my room and also 1,794,383 MNT or 815,700 KRW was withdrawn from my friend's visa card of Trade development bank as payment for two rooms. When we called to the property hotel receptionist lady even pretended like she does not understand in Korean. Then we hired Chinese translator and spoke to the hotel staff. They told that they withdrawn 417,900 KRW for one triple room and 625,250 KRW for one double room form Visa card and that's all money we have deducted from your card for two rooms. In fact the hotel withdrawn my hotel payments from my American express card. I approached to my Golomt bank with request to handle this double payment issue. Anyway it is very annoying. So many times I have travelled abroad and booked hotel through booking.com but it was the worst case. I really disappointed that how booking.com could include such hotel in their list. Anymore I cannot trust booking.com. I realized that if happens something there is no one to approach with request or complain.

Overall it was good as it is close to everywhere.

I like the bowl of the cr. Towels and tissue are well provided.

At first the sink is leaking but they r fast to fix it. Shower is not working properly because suddenly it will go cold and then hot then cold.I hope they could do something about it.

Convenience location, low price, but room is tiny and not noise proof

Perfect location. You can reach to lot of famous shops or restaurants in a few minutes. Also it is close to the station.

To small room which has no space even open the suit case in room or wether open on your bed. So lots of shoppers package their stuff in aisle all day long. The problem is the room can not block the noise at all.

All I looking for was a clean place to stay. Unfortunately this place don't meet this min criteria.

The location is perfect.

Where to start? - When we reached what they call the "lobby area" (brilliant imagination!) we just couldn't believe the mess we were in! On the hallway you'll find boxes, trash and luggage. - The staff didn't speak one word of english. - The room was very dirty (photos speaks for itself)

그다지 좋지않아요

직원 중국인, 묵는 사람 모두 중국인, 호텔이 아니라 고시원. 벽도 얇고 수건도 개어있지않고 침대에 머리카락들도 그대로.
